I had put a user on my hotlist but they are no longer there. What happened to them?
The user you had put on your hotlist has probably found the roommate or house share that they were searching for and they have deactivated their profile. When a user deactivates their profile we remove them from the hotlist and mailbox of other users. This is to prevent users wasting time attempting to contact a user who is no longer actively seeking a roommate or share.

I had a message in my mailbox but it is no longer there. What happened to it?
As above.

When I click on my hotlist in the profile manager I just get a summary of the users I have hotlisted. How can I see their profile in full?
To see the full profile of the user simply click on their name.

I want to find a place to share but I have created a profile for someone who is offering a place to share. How can I change it?
Deactivate your profile through your profile manager. Then create a new profile ensuring you choose the correct option. You may need to choose a new username when creating your new profile.

How long will my profile remain active?
Your profile will remain active until you choose to deactivate it. In order for us to keep our adverts as current as possible we request that you deactivate your profile should you no longer require a roommate or flatshare. We reserve the right to deactivate profiles at our discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to, those profiles that we deem to be inappropriate or which we feel have expired.
