landing areas and large living
room.
2 separate bathrooms and separate
toilet.
Situated near Swansea university
and within walking distance to
Swansea Met. Also next to a bus
stop (2 of the housemates attend
Swansea Met)
Currently 4 housemates (3 female, 1
male) in the 5 bedroom house. Half
rent to be paid over the summer
(like any student house) but
landlords are okay with us staying
there over this period also.
It is a lovely house in a really
nice area, and we are all outgoing
friendly people :)

Our house is 5 minutes away from Swansea uni. It has 5 bedrooms two of which are currently taken. There is a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs.
We are two female students who are just going into their second year. We are fun loving and happy people with hobbies ranging from watching tv, too drinking, too swimming.
We lived with two guys last year so thats not a problem.
