THE PROPERTY
Lovely spacious property, nice
entrance hall leading on to a
communal lounge with several
leather sofas, from the lounge you
enter a large kitchen with quirky
table, quite modern and enough room
for everybody to cook at once.
Two bedrooms downstairs, 3 bedrooms
upstairs. Two bathrooms one with
shower, sink and toilet another
with a bath with shower over head
as well as a sink and toilet.

Rent is £233 per month (one third of the £700 rent). Bills are normally about £40 per month on top of
rent, plus a share of the council tax.
I am a 27 male and live with my 22 year old girlfriend. I have almost finished Masters qualification so
will be looking for full time work soon.
My other housemate is a 27 year old male. He is a manager in a restaurant and attending college in
Bridgend.
House is in good condition, completely refurbished throughout when we moved in two years ago. Two nice
bathrooms and new kitchen.
Room is big enough for a double bed and will be completely empty.
House is normally fairly quiet. We occasionally have music on but we are respectful of other
housemates. I am in a band but try to only practice when house is empty. House is away from main road
so noise is not a problem.
Smokers accepted but there is no smoking anywhere in the house.
