About Me
I am a 21 year old female looking for a flatmate as my current one is due to move out shortly. I work long hours both day and night time and am not always at the property over night so you would still have time to yourself! I am very tidy and organised so will take care of all bill payments.
About the Property
The Property is a two storey maisonette with a Kitchen, livingdining area, upstairs shared bathroom that the two of us would share and two double bedrooms. It is double Glazed but does not have central heating however it is situated above a commercial property and is a very warm flat, I wouldnt need to use the heating even if I had it!
An added bonus is that it is has its own relatively large terraced area with a garden table and potted plants!
Amenities
The property is situated on Boldmere Highstreet within easy access of shops, bus stops and train stations. It is a 10 minute walk from Sutton Park and 20 minute walk into Sutton Town Centre or 5 minutes on the bus. Birmingham City Centre is 25 minutes by bus or 15 by train.
