Although the room isn't the most private we are very considerate and don't use the living room after 10 pm and have hdmi connections to the virgin tv in each of the rooms. Parking is always available on the main road. There is a good sized impressive garden to the rear. We are looking for a professional who is out of the house most of the time. Is extremely tidy and not shy of housework. Someone who can comfortably afford the rent. Is easy going friendly and likes healthy living. Male or female.  No DSS, kids or pets.
