We are a sociable couple, who enjoy peples company, but like our cosy nights in also. Easy to get along with.
Nicely decorated detached home (in the Shaw area of Oldham)with a furnished double room for rent. Although the room is not ensuite you would have use of your own bathroom. Driveway and nice garden, garage is also available for tennants use. We live in a nice quiet area close to all amenities you will need. We are a clean and tidy couple, although my husband is not around that often and we have a dog so tennant must be dog friendly.

The cottage is on the edge of Shaw, close to fields and a park and a short walk from local amenities. Would suit a professional who likes outdoor sports, there is space for a bike or two. Three story cottage style house with garden and parking in very quiet, rural area. The house is beautiful and the views are amazing. There's a river that runs behind the house and the house is situated off the main road up a country lane with approx 5 other houses and a farm. The room available is a basement bedroom. It's very light, there are three windows with wooden shutters. The room is fully furnished with a brand new single duvan bed (but there is room for a double if you have your own), a wardobe, a chest of drawers, a sink and a sofa bed.
There's a bathroom and kitchen on the first floor and the livingroom is on the top floor with an open fire and windows on all three walls with amazing views. I'm a 25 year old female professional looking for a male or female professional lodger who's available to move asap. I'm very easy going and dead friendly :) I also have a 10 year old cat, but she doesn't usually bother with anyone :)
