Its a two bedroom DETACHED Victorian house on the border of Thorneywood and St Anns. 15 minutes walk to city centre, buses at bottom of street every 8 minutes. No 39, 40, 41. Nicely decorated with wooden floors and high ceilings. Kitchen bathroom with shower open plan dining room and lounge. Cellar and room for bike storage. The spare double bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking garden, so is nice and quiet. Full Gas central heating, Fast Broadband, Wi-Fi, double glazed and nicely furnished. (See pictures) It has a large south facing garden that is full of fruit, herbs and veg. Raised beds, pond, composting, wildlife, rain water storage and outside wood burner. There is also some land at the back of the house that we are currently turning into an orchard. St Anns allotments and Ecoworks just round the corner. Lots of community projects going on round here, if you are interested in that sort of thing. I looking for someone who works (my landlord wont take DSS.) and I get on with so someone laid back with liberal views on life. Green environmentally friendly attitude would also be good.
