I am a single fun-loving female who would like to become friends with my house sharer as well. I am office manager in a local Civil Engineering company. I have a busy lifestyle as I have a horse, so am out quite a lot. The house is only 7 months old and is clean, airy and modern. It is sitauted in a quite cul-de-sac away from the main road. I would prefer a housemate who does not smoke, as my house is a "no-smoking" zone.

This room has just been redecorated and is in perfect condition. Very attractively furnished.
Visitors always comment on how quiet this road is, despite being so convenient for the city centre.
Just a short walk to the city centre, and all amenities.
Good pubs and local shops.
Also very near to the ring road, City College, the bus station and bus stops.
There is an adjacent shower room that you would have to yourself most of the time – in fact, you will have the whole floor to yourself most of the time. Shared use of the sunny dining room, kitchen and utility room, with dishwasher and use of washer dryer.
I have a lovely south-facing garden that I will gladly share with a tenant who helps with mowing the lawn.
£350 pcm or £85 per week includes all bills except for phone. I have a cleaning service for the communal areas.
Permit parking is available.
Possible wi-fi.
This would suit a non-smoking, dog-loving, professional person, 30+, who values their privacy and respects mine. You would be sharing with the home owner and two friendly dogs only.
