We are students sharing a house in a courtyard. There are 3 other student houses, so there is a wide range of students from UK, France, Czech Republic and China. The landlord lives in the same courtyard to, which is great as he is very helpful with all sorts of things. His wife is a Filipina, so that adds to the good ambience too.

Myself and two friends are all female students at Huddersfield University. One other friend dropped out of sharing the house at the last minute but we still really liked it and wanted it, so are hoping to find someone who is easy to get on with (like us!) to live with us.
Two of us are currently studying Law and our other friend is studying English. We will be third year students (1 on a 3year course, 2 on a 4year course) therefore we do not want a housemate who will have no respect for the amount of time and effort we are going to be putting into our work next year.
As much as our work will be important to us, we still enjoy our social life! We arent the type of people who have lots of parties etc, except for occassions! But we do enjoy the odd night out so wouldnt mind if you had this sort of lifestyle too.
We are all really easy to get on with, and would enjoy getting to know you so we could include in things if we were to do anything as a group for example!
Neither of us smoke so we would prefer a non-smoker to live with us however it is not a major issue if the smoker was willing to smoke outside or only do it in her own bedroom, rather than the communal areas.
The property is only £75 a week for the rent, including ALL bills!
No depositbond required- HALF PRICE SUMMER RENT! So, just £200 out of the summer rent (about £330 in total) is required to secure your place as a housemate!
Very secure house, includes fitted alarm system in house, CCTV outside, automatic security lights.
Free private parking area for housemates.
