We are a mixed house share of
professional people living in a
stunning 16th century Devon
longhouse on a private estate near
Ide, set in 1500 acres which we are
free to walk around.
Now looking for a male housemate to
keep the balance!
The house is large enough to enjoy
your own privacy, although a
sociable, outdoorsy type of person
would fit in well.
We hope you would enjoy chilled out
company with cosy winter evenings
in front of the open fire or lively
summer barbies in our huge garden.
The house is old (yet not draughty)
with thick cobwalls, central
heating, most mod cons, 2
bathrooms, communal lounge, country
kitchen, various outbuildings and
plenty of parking.
Peaceful and isolated, but only 4
miles from Exeter, your own
transport is recommended.
We are a group of 4 and our hobbies
include horse riding, diving,
walking, climbing, sailing,
gardening, artwork, cooking, home
brewing and keeping chickens. We
try to be fairly green without
going OTT.
