My name is gina I am 24. I am a fun loving person who loves nothing better than a nice glass of wine after a day at the office. I love to cook and read and watch movies in my spare time. I work a normal 8.30 until 5 job so I come and go at reasonable hours. I tend to save my going out for the weekend. my house is situated in the stoke area of coventry. it is a 2 bed terraced house with a small walled garden with raised railway sleeper beds, perfect for a BBQ in the summer.It has a dining room, living room with original fireplace and stripped wooden floor. I have the usual Tv, dvd set up with digital tv and a very comfy sofa and armchair. The kitchen is of a good size and has patio doors that open onto the garden. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which is mine and overlooks the street and the other one is the one I am looking to let. The room is a double sized room with original fireplace, it has a view overlooking the garden and is next door to the bathroom. The room is carpeted and comes furnished with a single bed and matress ( but if you want to put in a double I can put the existing bed into the loft), a desk and chair,book shelves above the desk and mirror. it also has a built in wardrobe and has a tv aerial socket. The bathroom is situated at the end of the hall which has stripped wooden floors, as does the bathroom. the bathroom is big with blue and white tiles and has a big cast iron bath with a shower over it, toilet and sink.

Hi,
We have a double room available in a large, rented terrace house in Coundon. The room is a an ample double room with wardrobes, bed etc. The house has two lounges, front has bay window, large HDTV, Sky, XBOX360, Media PC, Stereo, DVD Collection, fireplace with gas fire. The back has TV, DVD, storage, sofa and fireplace, doors onto to rear decking.
The house has a very large kitchen with seating area with table and chairs and sofa. All appliances are available.
Shared bathroom is normal family bathroom.
Large entrance hall with tiled floor.
Most of the house is freshly decorated but anyone taking the room will have a choice on the decorating in their room (and if a I dont get it finished before... the kitchen).
Rent does include basic bills within reason... we might draw the line at you spending 6 hours on the phone to your long lost aunty in Australia or using the gas cooker to heat the house!
If you are in full time employment council tax breaks will apply as one of us is a student.
We are a couple (MF), I work in the education sector and my girlfriend is a final year student. We are smokers and we do have a dog... but the dog is soft to the point of being pathetic and we both kind of need a reason to give up smoking! We want to find someone that is either a professional, final year or postgrad student. Must be clean, tidy and willing to muck in. Also... has to be fun and able to have a laugh! Chavs and scallys need not apply! :-)
