The flat has good access to Bus route bus stop is within few yards of the flat.
I used to go to gym everyday..so most of the times i will not be here ...my work timings were from morning 7.45 to 4pm and again 6pm to 8.30pm i will be in gym.... You will have complete privacy and the location is on the high street,
Please come and see the place if intrested you can occupy...there is no minimum period stay , advance and all.
just a 2 weeks notice will do if not intrested and shifting to anotherplace..
