Homely friendly cosy hanover house looking for new housemate. Lovely good sized quiet bedroom, can hold double bed plus, size just under 3m by 4m, looking onto lovely garden at back of house. Street has parking for free, not residents zone. In the house are two other residents: 30-34 year female professionals. Also friendly cat Ronnie! House offers cosy lounge with tele, free internet wifi and telephone kitchen with all the usual necessary stuff- fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine etc. Lots of loft space with easy access. Garden with shed and table and chairs etc. Looking for friendly chilled independent easy going housemate to fit in to our homely environment. £400pcm. Local shop nearby and great pubs. Walking distance to centre of brighton.

The flat...
The 3 bed maisonette (with own street entrance) is situated 15 minutes from Hove and Brighton station, 15 minutes from Brighton centre and beach. It has a modern large kitchen/diner, stripped wooden floor lounge and bathroom. The room comes unfurnished but I can probably sort out furniture. All standard mod-cons included (i.e. Fridge / Cooker / Wash Machine etc.) Double glazed windows. Parking outside is for permit holders only - I don't think there is a waiting list but free parking is available a few streets further away.
Who are we?
Miika, 23, professional, from Finland, working full time in Redhill / London (i.e. regular train commuter), enjoys travelling, visiting new places, country pubs, long walks, meeting new people and flying.
Danny, 22, professional, from Manchester, working full time in Brighton town centre, enjoys the usual socialising, travelling, trips to the cinema and cooking a meal for the whole flat. Sunday roast anyone?
Pepper, a small black/brown toy poodle, very playful, a fantastic flat dog who will always be happy to see you!!!

I work in Lewes as an educational
administrator (not so inspired) but in my free
time enjoy knitting and dressmaking (skirts
mainly). I am also learning to play the violin
but try to practise when there is no one
home. most of my friends are musical or
artistic, but i think i can get along with most
types of people I enjoy spending time at
home and making it a nice place to be. I love
the company of my friends, but sometimes
like to hibernate alone. I do like to get out
and about though and enjoy scouting the
shops or getting a walk near the sea. When i
go out it is mostly to see a band,or for an
evening in the pub but i am not much of a
party animal (do enjoy a tea party though!) The room to rent is a big (double) one. the rest of the flat is quite small, but is really nice and warm and gets a lot of sunshine.
