Near to the canal offering some lovely walks/bike riding. I little about me … I am a very young 40 year old single female looking for a flatmate and a friend. I work full time as a Project Manager, I love my job and do sometimes bring work from home but try not too. I like good wine and good food and my favourite place is the Stansfield Arms and luckily it’s only a couple of minutes walk away :-) I also have a 3 year old son who spends around 3-4 nights with me, yes I share him with his dad as I am not the type of person who uses children as a weapon. If you have kids then even better. The room is a double room, very clean and fully furnished, including furniture, bed linen, etc and I am willing to put anything else you may need that’s not already in there. My apartment is very clean and very spacious with all the usual stuff like washing machine, dryer, dish washer, toaster, kettle ………even some cutlery hahaha. I would prefer to share with a professional female, but times are hard at the minute and understand everyone’s situation so won’t rule anything out without at least thinking about it first.
