Im moving to Australia & desperately need a replacement tenant for my 3 remaining housemates.
Its a large, spacious double room with ensuite bathroom (contains shower, bath, toilet and sink). The bedroom already contains a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The bedroom has a lovely sea-view as the flat itself is situated on the Bournemouth seafront.
The flat itself has a large kitchenloungedining room combo with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven etc etc.
The flat also has Sky+ and unlimited broadband (£15 per month, made payable to my housemate)
2 of my housemates are Final year students at Bournemouth University, the other one works Full-time as a buyer for Richmond Classics. They are all educated, intelligent people who are sociable and enjoy going out at weekends. The 2 guys are both smokers, and the 1 girl is a non-smoker.
Rent is £320 a month (+ deposit of £450 which is returned to you at the end of the tenancy - which is July 9th 2010.
The location is perfect for any student or young adult. Its right on the Eastcliff seafront (there is a seaview from my bedroom window) and is a 5 minute walk into town. The M1 & M2 bus stop is at the end of the road.
Also, because 2 of my housemates are students, whoever moves in will benefit from a significantly reduced council tax bill.
